
Two type of sale team that most local distributor would like them to visit to targeted customer in response area are consist of “Pre sale team” and “Van sale team”
which both of them mostly have the same sale fundamental, but difference sale scheme and difference active customer by shop type.

Anyway, in case of saving manpower and logistic cost for local distributor in long distance area, many of them now propose Pre sale team instead of Van sale team with
new sale scheme,
benefit as well as system to deliver better service to customer
that result to higher operation productivity and better P&L.
However, operation for switching sale team will lead to logistic operation of local distributor must be more focus as well.
